Patricia R. Flax nee Dougherty, 90, of Alsip, formerly of Garden Homes, beloved wife of the late Theodore, loving mother of Brian, Karen (William) Madsen, Thomas and James (Kayla), devoted grandmother of Gretchen (Thomas) Webb and Anastasia, Winston, Isabella, Nigel, Genevieve, late Andrew and the late Charles Pennington-Flax. Memorial visitation Saturday, September 19, 2015 from 9:00 am until time of memorial mass at 10:00 am at St. Terrence Church, 4300 W. 119th Place, Alsip. Cremation private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to St. Terrence Church greatly appreciated.
